Users who recommend Answer 1 said that they find the virtual overnight and weekend receptionist function particularly helpful as they never miss important calls even when no one is in the office. Most users also cited friendly call center agents from Answer 1.
What Answer 1 does not do well:
Users who left negative reviews cited not receiving some calls from their clients – some of which asked them if they received the messages they left on the answering machine.
