The Starter option has limited features and only includes the most basic functions such as reports and lead milestone tracking. It also doesn’t have access to Apptivo’s special apps, the key feature of the software. The features of the paid plans are almost the same. The main differences between the Premium Plan and the Ultimate Plan are the data storage size, access to marketing campaign email features and special apps. The Ultimate Plan also has a performance dashboard and a win-loss business analysis functionality, features that the Premium Plan doesn’t have.

Opting for the Ultimate version is ideal if a business is a heavy user of marketing campaign emails, needs larger storage capacity or wants access to more specialized apps.
