Most Helpful Positive User Review
One user who gave First Data a positive review on Card Payment Options said that First Data is a whole lot better than the three other merchant services providers he had signed up for in the past. He mentioned how he trusts the company because it is highly scrutinized by the government as it’s the largest payment processor in the world. He said that the primary key to his great experience is his agent, and he acknowledges the fact that there are some agents which probably aren’t as good.
Most Helpful Negative User Review
One user who gave First Data a negative review on Better Business Bureau said that he was talked into signing up with FD under the premise that he’d be paying lower fees with no hidden charges. However, this turned out to not be the case when he saw his first statement. Cancelling was also a challenge as he was charged a termination fee despite being told by a manager that it would be nullified.
