OnPay Payroll Pricing
|Pricing per month||$36|
|Price for each additional employee||$4|
|W-2 Printing and Delivery||$5 per form + shipping fee|
|Direct Deposit||For qualifying employers only|
OnPay allows small business to conduct their payroll online through their services for $36 a month, plus $4 for each employee or contractor. Additionally, they offer printing and shipping of W-2s for $5 each plus shipping fees.
Unlike other payroll services, direct deposit is not readily available to all employers. Once a company applies for the direct deposit feature, OnPay conducts a risk assessment on the business, which takes around 2-3 days. The assessment determines how fast and how capable a business will be in terms of sending out timely payouts should they receive the direct deposit feature.
Aside from computing and managing your payroll, OnPay also files your local, state and federal taxes. The company abides by its accuracy guarantee, which means they take responsibility for any errors instead of the business owner.
