What PayAnywhere does well:
Users who recommend PayAnywhere liked that the app and credit card reader are compatible with both Apple and Android devices and that the company provides a free card reader that is EMV capable and processes NFC payments, such as Apple Pay.
What PayAnywhere does not do well:
Users who gave PayAnywhere negative feedback weren’t impressed with quality of customer support. Many unhappy customers also reported encountering hidden terms and charges as well as other billing issues.

A user who left a 1-star review said that she experienced a couple of glitches in the system that has caused a loss of sales. She also said that she can’t reach customer support during weekends.
PayAywhere offers two pricing options. The Storefront Plan has a basic service fee of $12.95 per month and the swiped rate is typically 1.69% per swipe. Their Mobile Plan comes with a fixed swiped rate of 2.69% per swipe and does not have any monthly charge.
Note that the Storefront Plan has a Minimum Volume Fee of $79/month that is charged when monthly credit card sales are at or below $5,000. The Mobile Plan has an Inactivity Fee of $3.99/month that is charged when a merchant does not process a transaction for 12 months.
