I don’t really know where to go with these questions, so when I read a review regarding CRM for small businesses…your name was the researcher/author.
I am looking for CRM for small businesses (two companies Tree/gutter co.). There needs are basic, they want to go out to view the job, create a quick proposal with all customer info & price, email it to them, perhaps schedule it, perhaps take deposit and have all that info put into a database for them so they can use it for final billing, future email blasts/promotions, track deposits and outstanding money owed.
They want to do this on a tablet, have the customer sign during the estimate process and be able to track what is done in a day.
Any info or place to go for information would be greatly appreciated!November 9, 2015 at 3:18 pm #18305
It sounds like you want a field service CRM like mHelpDesk. It has just about every feature you mentioned:
– Ability to draft Proposal from a tablet
– Have customer sign proposal on the spot with esignature
– Process customer credit card on the spot to take deposit
– Save all this info to draft invoice later
– Integrates with mailchimp for customer marketing
– Works on a tablet/mobile app
mHelpDesk also has a heavy emphasis on location tracking. Each customer is saved in the CRM with a location that you can view on an embedded map. If they go out with the mobile app, you can also view the location of your employees… So you can assign a new job to the closest employee.
If you want to look more into it, check out our full review of mHelpDesk here.
Hope this helps!
