We run Microsoft applications and the MS Office Productivity suite. Moving to (365 and Windows 10 this year.
We also use IBMi as our core database and business logic which are presented to the web through .Net using Umbraco. We’ve just upgraded the IBM database to OS7.1 and will move to 7.3 next year.
Dynamics seems to fit well for us in the MS space and is significantly cheaper than Saleforce.
Anyone with any experience in this space you can point us to?

We did an extensive analysis of Microsoft Dynamics about 2 years ago. Close integrations with Sharepoint, Outlook and Office 365 certainly made it ideal for Microsoft users. Otherwise, however, the pricetag can still be a bit high compared to other advanced systems like Zoho or SugarCRM. Granted, it is much cheaper than Salesforce.
