What is meant by ” unlimited calls ” and ” 2500 toll-free minutes “?
Referring to our RingCentral review, “unlimited calling” means you can make unlimited outgoing calls (to the US and Canada) for free.
Incoming calls are also free, unless you’re using a toll-free number. Since toll-free by nature means the customer is not paying for the call (the fee is imposed on you, the recipient) RingCentral limits how many free toll free minutes your account gets each month. If you surpass the 2,500 minute limit, there’s a charge of a few cents per minute. The limit resets each month.
