Better Business Bureau Rating (BBB Rating): A BBB Complaint and Review History
While there are many reviews for Vonage, these reviews do not necessarily apply to Vonage Business Solutions. In late 2013, Vonage acquired a company call Vocalocity which specialized in providing VoIP services to small businesses. Since then, Vocalocity has been renamed Vonage Business Solutions. How much this will change or not change the product being offered is not yet known.
There is a surprising lack of review articles on either Vocalocity or Vonage Business Solutions. For example, the site “Which Voip?” has only two user generated reviews in the last six months. Places like Yelp, which tend to have lots of reviews for their competitors, have only a handful for Vonage Business Solutions.
Vocalocity VOIP For Small Business (January 2013)
I did find one lengthy positive article (more like a testimonial which describes her experience in detail) written by Andrea Whitmer. It concludes:
It’s been a month since I signed up for phone service with Vocalocity and I couldn’t be more pleased. Once I got past the initial confusion of setting everything up (and to be fair, I could have called customer service but opted not to), I have used my phone daily with no issues or problems. My calls are crystal clear, I’m not paying for features I don’t need, and my consultations with clients are much more professional.
