Agile CRM Overview
Agile CRM is a CRM software that includes sales, marketing, and service features to help you manage your complete customer journey and give you a 360-degree view of your customers’ experience. Specific features include contact and pipeline management, lead scoring and tracking, marketing automation, project management, and help desk tools.
There’s a Free plan that includes use for up to 10 people. The paid plans’ pricing starts at $8.99 per user, per month and goes up to $47.99 per user, per month for their Enterprise plan. It’s great for businesses wanting to manage major business functions, from prospecting to customer support, in one platform so they have more influence over their customers’ experience throughout the sales cycle.
What We Like
One of the features we like best in this customer relationship management (CRM) software is the ability to provide customer support, which includes a help desk. You can create tickets, which lets you track customer issues and resolve them in a timely fashion. Another customer support feature we like is providing tools that allow you to create a knowledge base. This saves time while allowing your customers to find information on their own more quickly.
We are also impressed by the affordability of Agile CRM. There’s a Free plan that covers up to 10 users. Paid plans also start at the affordable price of $8.99 per user, per month, which makes having a CRM possible for companies of all sizes.
What We Don’t Like
There are very few things we dislike and a couple of things we’re listing here that are less than ideal. We are disappointed that telephony features are not native or built-in. Generally speaking, it’s easier to use built-in tools than tools that are integrated because there’s more of a chance for things to malfunction if they’re not built in to the CRM.
We’re also not a fan of the limitations on the Free plan, especially when compared to other providers like Freshsales. The free plan offered by Freshsales includes telephony features, whereas the integrated telephony features with Agile CRM are not available until you upgrade to a paid plan. However, we still see the plan as being valuable as a robust CRM offered for free.

Free
Agile CRM’s Free plan offers contact management, lead scoring to help with lead prioritization, project management, and help desk tools. It also offers email campaign tools and web-to-lead capture tools. The Free plan is ideal for businesses in startup mode with plans to grow.
The project management features, along with the help desk functionality, allow you to manage customer relationships beyond the initial sale. The sales and marketing tools, like web-to-lead capture and email marketing, help you grow your business. This plan is very robust for a free solution.
Starter
This plan builds on the Free plan and accommodates more contacts, growing from 1,000 to 10,000. It includes analytics at the contact level, two-way email integration, and a landing page builder. The Starter plan also expands the number of plugins or integrations you have access to, from one to three. Other features include web engagement, social monitoring, marketing automation, and a knowledge base.
Priced starting at $8.99 per user, per month, this plan features robust business management features like marketing tools that allow you to expand your business. It’s a great value for money at this price point compared to similar CRMs. This plan is ideal for small businesses on a budget wanting to become more efficient with marketing automation and other tools, like a knowledge base, that help you grow your business while making the most of your time.
Regular
The Regular tier further expands and builds on the Starter tier, featuring tools like mobile marketing and telephony integration. The number of plugins and integrations increases from three to over 50, which allows you to add even more features to the CRM. Also, the number of contacts expands from 10,000 to 50,000, letting you expand your reach and nurture larger numbers of customers and contacts.
The Regular plan is priced at $29.99 user, per month. It’s great for organizations that are including mobile marketing in their marketing strategy. Companies wanting two-way telephony features to make calls from within the CRM would also find this useful from both a marketing and a customer support feature.
Enterprise
The main differences between the Regular and Enterprise plans include call recording features and levels of support. This plan offers a dedicated account representative and makes onboarding support available. It’s great if you want additional support as you’re implementing and starting to use your CRM.
Priced starting at $47.99 per user, per month, this plan features coaching for onboarding, which facilitates an increased adoption rate. This can save time and help you get over any resistance to using this CRM that you may encounter. Enterprise is an ideal choice for larger companies wanting to ramp up their CRM usage quickly.
Agile CRM Features
Noteworthy features in Agile CRM include project management, help desk features, and marketing tools. Project management allows you to smoothly transition closed deals to projects. Help desk tools facilitate supporting customers by allowing you to easily create and track tickets. Marketing features let you communicate with, sell to, and nurture leads and customers.
Project Management
Agile CRM offers visual project management with a Kanban-style board that helps you manage tasks. It allows you to stay on top of project status so that you can communicate it to your customers. The drag-and-drop task boards make it easy to move tasks around. It’s also easy to sort tasks, as well as add and delete tasks. You can also sort activities based on priority, due date, owner, and status.
