Most Helpful Positive User Review
A user who gave AlliancePhones a 5-star review on the review site, VoIP-info, said that they were impressed with AlliancePhone’s customer service. According to the user, reps from AlliancePhones were always prompt in responding and would go the extra mile for their customers. They liked how the service has a US-based emergency support line that was available 24/7.
Most Helpful Negative User Review
The review on WhichVoIP said that AlliancePhone’s softphone program was its biggest con. Because it doesn’t have its own softphone, it has to depend on a third-party program. With a third-party program, you are not only dependent on AlliancePhone’s uptime reliability, but with the third-party program’s as well. Also, there is a shortage when it comes to information about the software so users will more than likely need the help of customer support in setting things when getting started with the service.
