Most Helpful Negative User Review:
A user who left a negative review of Apptivo on the review site G2 Crowd said that the app can do better with customization like in the dashboard, reporting, data import, data export and speed. He also mentioned that connection to phone services, to take better advantage of the ability to log calls, can be improved. Additionally, he said that while Apptivo is reliable, it is often very slow to respond. He said that, “waiting is a no-no and constant waiting is an annoyance that has made me close the app more than once and come back another time.”
Apptivo has a free subscription and three paid plans. When billed monthly, the Premium Plan costs $10 and the Ultimate Plan costs $25. The third option, Enterprise Plan, has customized pricing. The main differences between the plans are the number of users, storage allocation, number of emails per month, and level of customer support.
