Lisa Tamilia

Lisa has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. She has worked for Fortune 500 insurance companies and most currently held roles as Vice President of Regional Sales and Senior District Sales Manager. Lisa obtained her MBA and also completed her Ph.D. Doctoral thesis. Lisa also is an Adjunct Business Professor. She was awarded and her research was published for representing the USA insurance industry globally at the International Strategic Marketing Conference in Athens, Greece. “Syracuse Woman’s Magazine’s” Inspire section featured Lisa and the Scholarship she created in memory of her mother to benefit college students overcoming obstacles. Lisa received the Central NY “40 Under 40” award. She has been Keynote Speaker and is on the Business School Advisory Board for her college alma mater. When not writing, Lisa has a passion for international travel and her beloved German Shorthaired Pointer. In addition to exploring each state in the beautiful USA, Lisa has been all over the world. Some of her favorite places are the French Riviera, Australia, Argentina, Greece, and Italy.
