Bizzabo doesn’t publish their pricing on their website, but according to a third party site, prices start at $8,000 per year for the Planner Plan (which is Bizzabo’s least expensive plan). The main differences between the plans are the number of registrants, events, and user accounts that come with each.
All four plans include branded assets for events such as customized event URL, SSL technology, and dedicated email domain.
The Planner and Pro plans include basic integrations such as Slack and Mailchimp, while the higher priced plans include advanced integrations to CRM platforms such as Salesforce and access to the platform’s open API and Webhooks.
The four subscription plans need to be paid upfront and are all billed annually. Final pricing depends on the add-ons users will choose, and interested parties need to get in touch with Bizzabo for a custom quote.
