Can Brightpearl POS work offline?
Full feature access requires internet access, but you will be able to make transactions even when the system goes offline.
Will I be able to find out how many items were fulfilled from each of my warehouses during a certain period of time?
At the moment, Brightpearl POS doesn’t provide reporting for this. But all information needed is available via their API, so you might be able to generate reports outside of Brightpearl POS.
Can I trigger a full inventory update on Amazon?
Yes, but you have to deactivate and reactivate the inventory sync from the Amazon marketplace settings in Brightpearl POS. This will upload all current on hand quantities for all listings which are connected to Brightpearl POS products.
