Most Helpful Positive User Review
“Canva offers a wide range of design elements for free and all are easy to use to create graphic designs. The software is especially useful if you are not naturally inclined to be a graphic artist and is probably extremely useful if you are more artistic as well. It is easy to create a beautiful, sleek, professional-looking design in a few minutes or less. There are also a variety of simple export methods.”

Most Helpful Negative User Review
“Canva has hundreds of templates (which I love), but it’s a pain to sort through them. I wish Canva had a search feature or a categorization of some sort, especially for the holiday-related templates. I feel like half of my time is spent sifting through templates.”
Canva has three pricing options — Free, Canva for Work and Canva Enterprise. Canva for Work costs $12.95 per month (per user), with a 23% discount if the user pays annually. The enterprise plan is custom-priced since it will depend on the company’s designing needs.

(priority support for paid plans)
The Free version of Canva has most of the features a user will need to create different kinds of graphics. There are templates for Twitter posts, Facebook posts, Instagram posts, as well as for infographics, brochures, and book covers.
What sets the paid plans apart is the level of customization and organization. For one, users can upload their own fonts with the paid plans. Another more convenient feature in the paid plans is the ability to create multiple folders to categorize designs. Users can also resize their designs without having to recreate the original from scratch.
Please note that Canva for Work gets priority support, while Canva Enterprise plan holders get a dedicated account manager.
