Summary of Positive Capsule CRM Reviews
Users who gave Capsule CRM a positive review said that it streamlines their tracking of prospects, sales leads, clients, and other contacts. They also added that its customizable fields enable them to craft dashboards to suit their needs.
“Capsule has all the elements I need for my small business to function well. These elements are organized clearly in an incredibly easy-to-navigate system. I love that I can customize fields for my particular business and that the sales pipeline tools give me a very clear picture of all my sale opportunities. The look is very clean! It also integrates with other systems I use (like GSuite, Freshbooks, MailChimp, etc.), and the support team is awesome. I’ve only had a couple of support issues and these were handled VERY quickly.” — Kelvin Muigai
Summary of Negative Capsule CRM Reviews
Users who gave Capsule CRM a negative review said that its task calendar can be difficult to navigate. They also suggested that the free plan should expand its accommodated contacts to more than 250.
“Limiting a free version to just 2 coworkers and 250 contacts is little frustrating but understandable (they have to sell this service). Alternatively, a middle solution (with some ads) could be offered. There are some limitations on e-mails and marketing in general.” —- Edo Modun
