While the number of integrations isn’t quite as high as you get with Slack, most businesses should be able to connect their favorite software programs to Microsoft Teams. The presence of a free plan is also a major advantage―Cisco does have a free plan for Jabber, but it requires on-premise use.
Teams’ free plan is also very extensive when it comes to features. Similar to video conferencing providers like Zoom, the free plan grants video conferencing. Unlike Zoom, which only allows for 40-minute conferences, Teams video meetings provide a full hour for co-workers.
