Most Helpful Positive User Review
“I have looked at many many POS systems in the 30 years I’ve been in business and Clover is the only one that allows for the level of customization and scalability that I need. It has a large selection of apps, both proprietary and third-party, that seem to cover any add-on your business needs. They are also good at adding to their app market regularly. Their interface is very clean and intuitive and they update the software as needed, to provide even more flexibility and convenience as the market demands it.”
Most Helpful Negative User Review
“I like the sleek design and my customers are always commenting on how “new age” it is. I feel, however, that the apps are limited and many not useful. I have a retail store and don’t have time to do my books regularly. The clover reports only call up 3 months at a time, making it complicated to pay sales tax etc. Also, we don’t offer refunds but rather merchandise credit. Unfortunately, the only way to do this is with an even exchange. In other words, the items exchanged must be exactly the same price. We have had to find “work arounds” for almost all of our processes. Upside, someone is always willing to help on the other line. Downside, I usually end up answering the question myself.”
