Quiz: Which CRM is Best for You?
What Copper Does Well
Users who gave Copper a positive review said that the program is user-friendly. They also liked its seamless integration with G Suite applications. Some also appreciate the convenience of the contacts auto-populate feature.
“Copper (formerly ProsperWorks) makes the act of using a CRM really easy — from adding a contact, second phone number, leaving notes, exporting files to Google Sheets, and tagging people with an email reminder. I’ve used SalesForce, ZohoCRM, HubSpot, and a few more, but Copper really has a great user interface and ease of use that on some levels surpasses the larger CRM companies. For any small to medium-sized business, I would 100% recommend Copper to others.”
What Copper Does Not Do Well
Users who gave Copper a negative review mentioned that it is quite expensive. They also reported that there were billing inconsistencies. Lastly, some commented that customer support is unreliable.
“The price is very high for what you get. And if you can stomach the price, beware of their billing practices. If you cancel, they will not refund any unused part of the annual subscription fee. If you downgrade your plan, they will not refund you the balance. If you want to cancel and not be billed for a subsequent year, you have to give 60 days notice. I find this a low-integrity practice that calls into question the integrity of the company.”
