Most Helpful Positive User Review
“Dialpad makes Unified Communications really easy. It’s all cloud-based, so I can use it on any computer either with the apps or Google Chrome extension. The mobile apps work great on my iPad, iPhone, and Android devices, and the set up is a breeze. The best feature is the fact that they don’t overload you with features, settings, and unnecessary controls. The recent floating Dialpad Anywhere mini-control app allows me to get out of the dialer and have controls like call transfer and hold visible to me, while I’m working in another application on the screen of my Mac.”

Most Helpful Negative User Review
“The biggest issue for me is the call quality. I’ve used a few other VoIP dialers with the same internet, same headset, exact same situation, and they have all been better in call quality and connectivity. The way they organize missed calls and voicemails make them easy to accidentally miss or get lost in the mess. Also, the mobile app makes it so difficult to receive calls on your phone from Dialpad as any other number looks the exactly the same. Even after uninstalling the Dialpad app on my phone, I would still always get Dialpad calls.”

Dialpad offers three paid plans that are billed annually: Standard ($15/user/month), Pro ($25/user/month), and Enterprise ($35/user/month). Only Standard and Pro plans have rates on a monthly basis. The main differences between plans are the number of users and departments included and the availability of advanced features like Salesforce integration and voicemail transcription.
