“Signing Insertion Orders or other documents with a pen and paper is so old fashion. In today’s age, signing electronically is not only green, but it is far easier and more efficient. Before, the process is that you’d have to print out the contract, hand deliver for signing (if you need someone more senior to sign), and then scan the document, attach to email, and send. With DocuSign, all you have to do now is receive an email that links to DocuSign where the document has been appended, you can easily change the signee and input their email address, and then they receive the document and can simply click to sign. It takes a fraction of the time and is so much more convenient. Any company not supporting DocuSign yet is behind.”

Most Helpful Negative User Review
“A huge pain about DocuSign is in the classic version (which I currently use). This may have been resolved with the updated version, but the template creation can have a VERY steep learning curve. Unless you have received some sort of instruction, I think it would take a significant amount of trial-and-error to figure out what you’re doing. Doing a few Google searches online does help, but it doesn’t always provide the answer for the classic version. Another issue we come across regularly is clients failing the security check. I haven’t had to go through this process myself in a while, but it happens enough that we are curious if it involves a glitch somewhere in DocuSign.”
