Egnyte offers three types of plans. Its Office plan costs $8/employee/month and is for small teams with 5 to 25 employees. Its Business plan costs $15/employee/month and is suitable for businesses with 25 to 100 employees. The Enterprise plan is for companies who have more than 100 employees and employs a customized pricing scheme.
All plans come with desktop sync, mobile access, FTP access, and integration with third party apps like Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Docusign, and Salesforce.
Online storage is up to 5TB for the Office plan, 10TB for the Business plan, and unlimited for the Enterprise. The max file size that can be transferred each time is limited to 10GB for the first two plans and 25GB+ for the highest plan. The Office is available for cloud deployment, the Business for cloud or hybrid deployment, and the Enterprise for cloud, hybrid, or on-premise deployment.
There are also additional features included in the higher plans like the Advanced Security Package and Storage Sync.The Enterprise plan has premium functionalities such as role-based administration and multiple entity management.
