Customer service is prompt and courteous. Automated features are great for “set it and forget it” event management. Having a no-charge option for non-revenue events is a great benefit, too.
Some of the user functions are not intuitive or are hidden within the site. I would like to see more customization in messaging (reminders, confirmations, etc.) that can be directly tied to our company, versus Eventzilla. Sorting, lookup and categorization features can be clunky.
More assistance with the various features would be good to get the full benefits of the system.

The ability to create deadlines for tickets so they automatically end without a manual change is great. You can do unlimited promo codes and over all the UX can be unbranded.
the embed feature runs so many scripts it gets caught by firewalls, customer service was not great, and the badge printing feature was pretty poor.
The embed feature hiccups were a problem for us. We work with companies that have strict firewalls and it made for a lot of customer service issues on our end.
