She appreciates the short term plans of eVoice, which doesn’t force businesses to sign up for long and binding contracts.
Most Helpful Negative Review
A user who left a negative review on Virtual Phone System Reviews said that he considers eVoice a total scam. Upon sign up, he was asked to choose a phone number, but it wasn’t the one given to him. After a lot of back and forth with the customer service, they claimed that they couldn’t find his account. Finally, when he asked to cancel his free trial, they requested a ton of personal information before canceling it, and charged him for the service even when he was just into 14 days of using the free version.

The three plans include all the fundamental features of eVoice including pre-recorded phone answering, call transfers and rerouting, as well as call screening.
Plan 1 and Plan 2 only include the basic features, while Plan 3 include VIP set-up and support. Users also has an option to use their existing number and integrate eVoice’s service on it, so that their old clients can still reach them via their old lines.

However, while eVoice’s services are affordable, businesses that depend heavily on phone calls to get customer leads in growing their business must consider using a service that provides an actual human virtual receptionist instead of a phone answering service that only utilizes pre-recorded greetings.
