Most Helpful Positive Review
A user who left a positive review on the review site G2 Crowd said that they have been utilizing FastSpring as their ecommerce platform for their subscription-based payment model since 2012. She said that FastSpring’s interface is very user friendly and that the order management page is very convenient to use compared to the e-commerce system they previously used. She particularly likes the fact that users can adjust quantity in an active order, update the auto-renewal date, and total orders. Additionally, she mentioned that the customer support team is always responsive and helpful in addressing various minor questions or issues that occur.
Most Helpful Negative Review
A user who left a negative review on G2 Crowd said that it would be nice if FastSpring could generate a report of Monthly Expected Revenue based on recurring orders within each month and Remaining Expected Recurring Revenue within the current month. He complained that currently, the Expected Revenue report only provides his team a total projected amount for the next 30-day period, which doesn’t help in estimating their business sales for a longer term.
