Most Helpful Positive User Review
“I love FaxZero! After 7 years of using a fax with no problem, we accepted a bundle deal from Charter for my small business and they “accidentally” switched my phone lines and left us with no fax connection. They sent a technician for a cost to us, we even purchased a new fax machine and they could not get it back to work. They offered to give us a virtual line for incoming faxes directly to our email which works very well, but to send out faxes we still needed the line. That’s when FaxZero saved us!!! We just scan the form and send it for free. We don’t send more than 3 to 4 faxes per day so it’s a perfect fit for us. No signing up, no contract, use it only when needed and free of cost. Thank you for your wonderful service!”
Most Helpful Negative User Review
“40 minutes to send a paid fax. I could’ve gone to Kinkos and back faster. Trash service; never again.”

How We Determined Quality of User Review Websites
- Better Business Bureau is a well-known consumer protection watchdog. However, they only have three reviews of this service.
- SiteJabber is a reliable source of customer reviews, although this time, they only have two reviews about FaxZero.
|Price per fax||$0||$1.99|
|Faxes per day||5||unlimited|
|Pages per fax||3 pages + cover||25 pages + cover|
|Advertising||Faxzero logo on cover page||No ads|
FaxZero has two faxing options for small businesses, the Free Plan, and Almost Free Plan. Although with the Free Plan you can send faxes to anywhere in the US and Canada without paying for anything, you can only send 5 faxes per day. Also, each fax is limited to only 3 pages plus the cover, with the Faxzero logo imprinted on it. If you don’t like these limitations you can opt for their Almost Free plan, which increases your faxing allowance. You can send as many faxes as you want per day, as long as each fax does not exceed 25 pages, plus the cover.
Best Pricing Option for Small Business Owners
If your company relies more on emails or phones, then FaxZero’s free service should be enough for your needs, provided you don’t mind having FaxZero’s logo on your cover sheet. However, if you want your faxes to look more professional (meaning no FaxZero logo) and you do a lot of faxing on a daily basis, then the paid service is not a bad option. Remember, there’s no monthly subscription, so you only pay the fee each time you actually use the service.
