FluentStream has three plans for small businesses, ranging in price from $20 to $45 per month. All three plans include basic phone features like call detail logging, hold music and call announce. The farther you go up their tier of plans, the more features become available to you.
Pricing per month
Number of Features Included
Call Center Management
Advanced Mobile Features
The basic plan contains the bare essentials, while the Advanced plan, as its name suggests, has more advanced features for businesses with a steady call flow, both inbound and outbound. The Complete Plan has features that target businesses whose industries rely heavily on calling, such as call centers and hotlines.
Best Pricing Option for Small Business Owners
For a small business that is new to the industry, the Essential plan is the best choice for you. It contains the most important and basic phone functions that are an exact fit for businesses that have minimal outbound call needs, and simply need a phone so they can be reached by customers. The voicemail feature is included in the Essential plan, should you worry about calls outside of office hours. The necessity to upgrade only becomes important once you have different departments and a large outbound call flow, as this is where the auto attendant and multi-site capabilities of the Advanced Plan come in.
