Easy to create attractive questionnaires, templates. There is a mode for limited free use. There is a way to track the responses by email or other identifiers of each respondent. Technical support seems to be trying to be useful.
It is still possible that the survey requirements still new and some more technical / robust ones are not possible yet, but it seems that this is constantly changing. A new feature that we needed is to launch it in a week! Seriously.
There is no instant messaging / chat with technical support. Problems changing the password of the creator’s account. Technical support is not effective to solve some basic and continuous problems.

I really love the interface to create surveys: it is very easy to use and they offer excellent templates that make my surveys look very personalized. Its design is magnificent.
I would love to have more integrations since it does not have instant messaging and does not have the option to choose the language. Sometimes adding large images with sufficient clarity is problematic.
This is undoubtedly the best tool for surveys. The GetFeedback surveys that we have been sending to our clients have been receiving rave reviews. Everyone loves the way they look. We love.

This is undoubtedly the best tool for surveys. It is incredibly easy to use and even more important, incredibly easy to complete for clients. Surveys work almost magically on every device. The customer service is exceptional.

I love how easy it is to use. There is nothing difficult about figuring out the ways to make a survey/dashboard.
I wish it was possible to delete or edit certain things. For example I would love the ability to move the picture to a different place on the page or delete a somewhat agree/disagree on some of the questions.
We use this for candidate experience. We have just begun using it, but I am hoping it helps with our response rate.

GetFeedback is extremely useful for market research, querying customers about their sales and support experience (net promoter score), and capturing data from stakeholders for a variety of projects. I started using GetFeedback because it was the only tool with a truly solid Salesforce integration, but it also has a terrific UI.
GetFeedback does everything we need it to.
Creative ways to leverage Salesforce marketing and sales clouds with GetFeedback data. For example, it’s possible to use Pardot to automate internal notifications when customers complete surveys. An idea lab to give new Salesforce customers more examples would be helpful.
