Most Helpful Positive User Review
A positive reviewer from the site Software Advice said that she can modify the app to do just about anything she needs it to do for their company. She can verify who made the deliveries, who signs for the deliveries, where the deliveries occurred (via gps), what items were delivered, and more. She said they can easily find what they need at any time online versus looking through old folders of information.
Most Helpful Negative User Review
A reviewer from G2 Crowd said that the app crashes and can be unreliable. From a user perspective, she says it’s slow and increases the amount of time spent at each store, which results in lost revenue for her company. She said this is a good product, but if there was a similar product with better user capabilities, she would consider using that one instead.
