The product is easy to use and very simple which is great when you are posting many jobs. The work flow is easy for our managers to use.
I have emailed customer service a few times and I have not had a response. Luckily, we have not had any issues, but if we do, don’t know who our contact would be. This is a result of our lead recruiter leaving before getting all of the info needed.

– Completely owns the process from job creation to posting, applications, interviews, and offer.
– The scorecards are my favourite part. It helps build accountability and transparency into the pass/fail world of interviews
– Great customer support
– Good degree of cusomization
– As an HR/People Manager, I can oversee many processes without having to constantly check in with my hiring managers/interviewers.
– It’s expensive
– Mobile version is okay for interviewers, but it’s non-existent for admins
– Can be overly complicated for people who don’t regularly use it.
You need to put in a lot of upfront effort to set processes up properly

They are able to automate with a lot of the other systems we use, such as, DoucSign, Google Calendar and etc.
Their CRM function needs a lot of work – not the greatest at delegating and moving candidates around. The CRM needs to be a single source of all candidates, but it needs work in their search engine.
What new products and initiatives are they pushing out. When I look at innovating, it seems like Lever, their main competitor, is driving more business and thinking ahead of the plan when it comes to recruiting.
