I like the ease of use of Hiver. How simple yet effective it is to use the tags so you can narrow down the emails to a category you wish to focus on. Very quick at closing emails and actioning what you have requested.
That you cannot assign an email to more than one person (if this applies to more than one person it is difficult to work around this)

I like Hiver because of their customer support team. They are very nice and very fast to respond to anything I might need.
They took away the ability to track emails. I originally signed up for Hiver because of this but they took this function away and I wasn’t too happy about this because I had to find another software. I still like Hiver and still use it but this was my favorite function of it.
That they were not going to have the ability to track if your emails have been opened and read for long.

Lean solution without unnecessary bells and whistles. Every Hiver feature is high impact. Easy and fast ramp up with low learning curve, sits right on top of your inboxes. Excellent and responsive customer service.
The analytics visualization is to be improved. Interesting looking stats but with little explanation on definitions and how the numbers were aggregated.

User friendly Gmail Inbox management and sharing with very accessible, responsive, and intelligent support chat. I am in the USA on Central Standard Time.
I am not currently aware of a way to track open tickets or dev plans between my company and HIVER. It would be nice to be able to view ‘open tickets’ with the HIVER support team although, in HIVER’s defense, most support requests are solved on the spot.
Pricing expectations and anticipated adjustments to the ongoing fees associated with the per user costs however HIVER has been very easy to work with, and I am thankful that I found this solution for me and my team.

Hiver is a great tool if you use Gmail for your business emails, and need to have shared mailboxes so that you and your colleagues can work together on emails.
It works great for managing customer enquiries, dealing with suppliers, providing customer support, and pretty much any other activities where you need to collaborate as a team and want to all be able to see business email communications that you want to share across your company.
Haven’t had any issues yet.
Nothing really, very happy with Hiver, it does exactly what we bought it for.
