What surprised most was the performance and analysis in the cloud, a really impressive performance that makes it one of the best products on the market. The IBM marketing team really stepped up and has grown very well. AI is the next big step that we cannot wait to use with CLOUD.
Data collection is usually somewhat slow and lacking in connectivity, so sometimes it has to be restarted to function properly.
It would be a great addition for medium-sized companies, to which it fulfills all the tasks in charge of the size it needs if it is not so large. It has a renowned brand to support its proper functioning and trust by new customers.
Its implementation had as its main objective the monitoring of the Websphere MQ application server and to monitor our database in more detail, to provide better functionality that is much easier to user.
