Most Helpful Positive User Review:
“Besides providing outstanding accounting software, they provide several information outlets to find answers to any payroll-related issues you may have. The software is very user-friendly and easily customized. It works perfectly for us.”
– Christine Simone
Most Helpful Negative User Review:
“They miscalculated our State Unemployment liability and when it was finally discovered, they reneged on their advertised promise to pay the interest and penalties. It takes forever to talk to someone and they keep transferring you. It was way better when it was PayCycle. Once Intuit bought them, they became so big that they didn’t care to follow through on their stated guarantees.”
– Richard Driscoll
