Customer Support |
Invoice2go’s most basic plan isn’t that much more expensive than other invoicing software. However, there’s a big price jump after the Starter plan since the Pro, Enterprise and Unlimited plans include multiple premium features.
Two of the premium features not included in the Starter plan is time and expense tracking, which is helpful for more efficient invoicing. Another is the phone support feature, which is further upgraded to a dedicated support feature in Invoice2go’s Unlimited plan. The Unlimited plan is also the only invoicing plan with recurring invoice capabilities.
The software is available on web and the usual application platforms such as iOS and Android, as well as the addition of Apple Watch and Kindle Fire.

They do reply to your queries and tell you there there it’s going to be all right. We will put your suggestion forward. They don’t.
They are out of touch with what the customer needs.
They have taken away the items import and export functions.
When converting a quote to a purchase order there’s no option to zero your marked up prices.
There’s no recycle bin.
Once quotes are converted to invoices they are not marked as done.
It’s still clunky and doesn’t flow as well as it should. Have told them but nothing. Could be so much better.
That they thought that their software was worth far more than it is. It could be much better.

It just works. This is simple and intuitive. I can send my invoices with a few clicks and get back to what makes me money.
It seems to do everything well, even work on Android and iOS.
The integration with QuickBooks. I would have bought it sooner.

The best part of Invoice2go is that you can reply to your customers immediately regardless of where you’re at. You can login from a desktop, laptop, or your phone. If an order comes in, you can quickly send an estimate. Your prices/rates are saved and are quick to input. Your customers will never feel they’re on the back burner due to your quick reply.
I wish there were more template options for the estimates and invoices. Sometimes the software runs slow. Sometimes the app crashes. Depending on how large your clientele in will determine if the monthly cost is worth it for you. For us, it was a life saver.
I wish I had known you had to manually enter each item for each invoice.

This was a great app till an update awhile back. It’s slow, makes you create a new product each time (I sell handyman services so this is not convenient, and also keeps pushing its credit card merchant service, when I prefer another cc vender.
It was free or low cost, worked fast and perfectly. I used it for a few years. Then they started pushing their credit card merchant services, annoyance. Now, it is entirely reformatted and expensive, also useless to me. It is more for someone selling merchandise, and I sell services. I paid the new expensive renewal I think $99 annually, because I have all my work there. I’m dropping next renewal, although I haven’t found a satisfactory alternative.

Invoice2Go presents me with an intuitive user interface and a relatively easy method of drafting and sending invoices to my varied clientele.
Upon the first revision of Invoice2Go from the original one, I did have a bit of difficulty in finding my way around the mobile version. Once I got used to the changes, it wasn’t all that difficult to come back up to speed. The only other minor cross I have to bear is the implementation of trying to get every one of my clients to pay by credit card; I’m not interested in incurring whatever fees are associated with that convenience and having to toggle that option “off” with every invoice I write becomes redundant.
Nothing. It’s very straightforward; I needed a program to do invoices quickly and efficiently and they’re company fills that role perfectly well.
