Most Helpful Positive Review
A user who left a positive comment in G2 Crowd highly recommends Justworks because of its excellent customer support. She mentioned that she can always get someone on the phone quickly and her concerns are always addressed asap. She noted that there was a time when she quickly needed a particular document and received it just 20 minutes later. Whenever her questions were about state filing requirements or vendors payment, a real agent attends to her personally on the phone. The one time that she didn’t get an answer on the same day, the customer service person emailed her to inform that they were still working on it.
Most Helpful Negative Review
A user who left a negative review in G2 Crowd said that the prices are high for a small non-profit organization.
