He shared that he used KanbanFlow extensively for about 20 client projects, and then he started using Slack. He said he’s recently decided to come back to KanbanFlow because it’s much easier to stay focused and see how far he needs to go to finish.

A reviewer from Software Advice thinks that the actual design of the interface is a bit outdated. He said he doesn’t love the look of the software as much compared to other project management software out there.
KanbanFlow only has two plans: Free and Premium. The Premium plan costs $5/user/month, with a 10% discount if the user opts for annual billing. Advanced features such as task numbering, dashboard, task count report, as well as certain integrations are not available in the Free plan.
