Most Helpful Positive Review
A user who left a positive review on the review site, Who Is Hosting This, said that his experience with LiquidWeb has been wonderful. Their setup and offerings in general rival other well known hosting companies out there and are more hands on when helping clients with their needs.
He mentioned that his company used LiquidWeb as their primary host for multiple websites, experienced no downtime and have always had fast website performance. In the duration of three years, they were able to put multiple applications on the site and it was always able to keep up.
He shared that they tried using another web hosting provider for some other websites and immediately noticed that not only does its great website performance sets LiquidWeb apart, but also its superb customer service.
Most Helpful Negative Review
A user who left a negative review in Who Is Hosting This said that LiquidWeb’s customer support used to be excellent until late last year when he began experiencing poor customer support. He said that when he signed up with them a few years ago, any call for support was answered by an actual person within 30 seconds and whatever issue being addressed would be handled in that phone call as well. Nowadays, he shared that they’re only mostly reachable via live chat and it sometimes takes a long time for concerns to be attended to.

LiquidWeb has three pricing options most suitable for small businesses ranging from $59 to $139 depending on the plan. The main difference between the three plans is the amount of disk space you get.
LiquidWeb’s plans are highly scalable and customizable, which is why the sample pricing plans above don’t include specific features and are just estimates based on the server type and sample features included.
For example, when you choose the 2GB RAM Option 1, it will lead you to a page where you can find other server options with corresponding prices.
The same page will also give you the chance to identify your operating system, bandwidth and backup plans, which can increase the costs. In short, you can mix and match the features and not necessarily pay the same amount as stated above.
