Users who gave Mitel a negative review said that no matter how powerful the service was, it was still very dependent on your internet connection. Even if your plan had advanced features, if your internet connection cannot cope with the call load, your company will still experience down times and low call quality.

According to him, call quality and service have been good so far and the few problems that they’ve had were dealt with quickly and easily.

One user who gave Mitel a 1-star review said that the technicians never explained that when their server went down, all the phones went down. This user complained that the servers were unreliable and went down frequently, which meant their phones were down most of the time, resulting in lost productivity and profit. The elite license can have four devices linked to one account, and comes with Microsoft Exchange and CRM integration.

You can purchase 20 Essentials licenses for your contact agents, 3 Premier licenses for your supervisors and team leads, and 1 Elite license for yourself as the manager.
