Most Helpful Positive User Review
“Nutshell is exactly what I need in a CRM. Our company and sales team have grown a lot in the past 5 years, and Nutshell has been growing right along with us. It’s an easy to use system, and the support is always really helpful when we need it. It’s also been easy to learn as we’ve hired more sales people.”

Most Helpful Negative User Review
“One of the largest issues I have with Nutshell are reports and acquiring accurate data. Right now, our company carries about 30 manufacturers, and each manufacturer sells thousands of products. We, of course, cannot implement every part code/item into Nutshell; however, we also did not set up products at the beginning, only generic products (1, 2, 3, 4, etc.). Now, we have years worth of data, and unfortunately, it is a bit tricky to start tracking accurate information out of it.”

Nutshell has three subscription options. When billed monthly, the Starter Plan costs $22 per user, the Pro Plan costs $39 per user, and the Pro+ Plan costs $79 per user. The main differences between the plans are the number of sales pipelines, extensiveness of reporting, and level of customer support that come with each.
Check out the list below for some of Nutshell’s features.
