The security systems used by Paydro’s services are tested regularly. All transactions with personal data, also for third parties occur through a secure sockets layer (SSL).
What’s the policy on reversed transactions?
In case of cancellation of an event or if the ticket buyer reverses the ticket sale because of any other change of the event, the organizer will authorize Paydro to repay the money paid for the tickets including all fees within 14 days. The organizer also has to pay an extra fee for each ticket for the reimbursement process.
