Most Helpful Positive User Review
“The Paymo App team is very good at communicating with clients and their time management app is stellar at keeping all the time-tracking functions needed for billing clients per hour. I love the interface and the tool is really simple to use and has many features.”
Most Helpful Negative User Review
“It is a little clunky for new users. If I were to recommend it to someone, I feel like I would have to walk them through how to make new projects, how to work the desktop app, and anything that has to be set up on the front end. Also, as I’m only using it to track time (not bill clients), it can take a bit to hunt down the number of hours I’ve worked on a job. It defaults to only show how much money you’ve made working on a project, and the hours worked are buried under a few pages.”
Paymo offers one free plan and two monthly subscription plans: Small Office ($11.95/user/month) and Business ($18.95/user/month). A 20% discount is given to those who pay annually. The main differences between the plans are the storage allocation, number of users, and advanced customizations.
