Propertybase Reviews: What Users Think
The most recent positive Propertybase reviews show that many brokerages are satisfied with its scalability. The lead generation capabilities and centralized platform for front-end and back-end operations are highly regarded features, allowing brokers, teams, and real estate agents to manage everything in one place instead of using several different apps.
As of this writing, it has earned the following average scores based on Propertybase reviews on these popular review sites:
- G2: 2.7 out of 5 stars based on 33 reviews
- Capterra: 3.8 out of 5 stars based on 51 reviews
- Featured Customers: 4.7 out of 5 stars based on 2,460 reviews
- Salesforce AppExchange: 4.7 out of 5 based on 361 reviews
Some of the negative Propertybase reviews online report that the software has a steep learning curve, especially in the Propertybase Salesforce Edition. Others are unhappy with the quality of its customer service and slow response. Long wait times for support requests and minimal effort to provide clear answers to their queries is also a chief complaint. If you’re looking for a highly rated CRM for its ease of use, consider Freshsales.
Would Our Expert Use Propertybase?
Our favorite feature of Propertybase is the website builder and its integration with hundreds of third-party websites to market listings. With the add-on of real estate agent sites, agents in your office can create custom websites and choose among dozens of themes and designs. Its drag-and-drop feature simplifies getting agent-branded content onto the platform.
We also like the optional services that provide hands-on platform administration and marketing that save time so brokers and agents can focus on clients. However, this service is an additional fee.
We didn’t like the lack of transparent pricing. We suspect it’s because features will vary between users, but it can be a time-waster to sit through a demo and discover it’s off-budget. The Propertybase website is confusing and unclear about which features are core features and which features require additional purchases. If you want a free CRM that grows with your business and is user-friendly, check out Freshsales.
