Propertyware has three pricing plans. Their prices range from $1 to $2 per unit per month with a monthly minimum of at least $250. The main differences between the plans are the inclusion of more advanced features in higher plans such as the ability to add eSignatures on documents and the provision of vendor portals.

All plans include an implementation fee which costs twice the monthly subscription price. For example, if you are managing 250 units using the Basic plan and paying $250 monthly for the subscription fee, you will be charged $500 for the implementation fee.
