Reliable Servers FAQs
How does Reliable Servers’ DDoS protection work?
Reliable Servers’ DDoS protection works by dynamically routing traffic to a server when an attack is detected. “Bad” traffic is filtered while clean traffic can reach the servers. It uses interior border gateway protocol (iBGP) to intercept traffic and generic routing encapsulation (GRE) tunneling to deliver clean traffic back to hosted solutions. All systems for monitoring and mitigation have been created internally by the Reliable Severs’ engineering team.
Does Reliable Servers provide a control panel where users can see details regarding attacks?
This feature is under development and basic reports may be available upon request. Requests should be done quickly as log retention is brief.
