Based on the info that you shared, I’m assuming that you are trying to make sure that all of your data from QB desktop transferred over to QBO. Going with that assumption, here are a couple of things that you can do:
1. Run a Balance Sheet report using the accrual basis in both the desktop and the QBO files for the time period you converted. Compare them to see if they match.
2. Run a Profit & Loss report using the accrual basis in both the desktop and the QBO file for the time period you converted. Compare them to see if they match.
If both reports match, you’re in good shape. However, if they don’t match then you need to figure out where the issue is. QBO Tech support is free for you to use, I suggest that you contact them again in hopes of getting a better customer service rep. I’ve had a lot of success with contacting them via chat. While it might seem a bit cumbersome, those reps tend to be more helpful than the telephone reps.
If it’s within your budget, another option is to hire a QuickBooks Pro who can probably get it figured out in a couple hours. You can learn more about how to find a Pro in your area here:https://fitsmallbusiness.com/how-to-find-a-quickbooks-proadvisor/.
