I would imagine some of the sales training organizations and sales video providers offer training in multiple languages if you would consider setting up your sales training online, or use an LMS system to host your training.

One of the ways I’ve accomplished sales training, is to find a bi-lingual sales lead, and send them off to training, or have them attend courses, and then have them translate into the sales team’s native language. They then convey the sales training information to your team. (We in training call that a train-the trainer approach).
As a last option, purchase a great sales book, and train your team using each chapter as a weekly topic over a several week period, having the sales team relate what they read to their job, and best practices. Then ask each team member to try ONE new sales tip they learn each week.
