Hey Alex,
Frankly, I think that a real estate coach is going to provide you with accountability and motivation more so than strategy. You can generate a good marketing strategy on your own by reading articles here and on other sites like easy agent pro’s blog, Inman, and Placester’s academy. Coaches aren’t really offering an secret advice that isn’t publicly available these days. The trick is to honestly assess your skills and goals, and come up with a plan that will help you reach those goals as quickly as possible.
Right now you essentially need butts in seats. You need a good volume of buyers to work with in order to generate some good reviews in order to make generating leads easier. FYI you can also get reviews on Zillow with buyers you’ve worked with but haven’t closed with. Even better, you can join a team as a junior agent. You’ll get leads, better training, and will be able to group your closed deals and reviews on Zillow in order to attract buyers that you can generate from Premier agent. This will help you land listings as well.
