Personal introductions are always more effective than cold calls or emails. However, it can be tricky with professionals in the medical industry; it’s not like you can just show up during their shift and expect a spare 15 minutes to deliver your pitch.
My top recommendation would be to find any & all industry events that these potential clients might be attending… e.g. charity events, fundraisers, health talks, expos. Make a personal introduction, then send them your proposal with the nitty gritty details later.
