Fraser — I’m not aware of a way to sync folders besides creating the same folders in Zoho Mail. In Zoho, go to Settings> Mail Organisation > Filters, and then click Add Filter. This should enable you to create a folder that meets them same conditions as your Gmail folders.
Chandni — Did you check if you selected your Zoho email address when sending? When you compose a new message in Gmail, there is an option to select a different address in the “From” field. A dropdown menu should appear with your Zoho business email as one of the options.
Devansh — I will refer you to this thread on Apple Discussions. It appears there are a few different ways to avoid messages getting marked as read when using Outlook/IMAP.
Sandro — Head to Settings and Zoho Mail and find “Email forwarding and POP/IMAP” at the bottom. From here, you’ll be able to add multiple forwarding email addresses.

Sarbajit — Incoming emails can be delayed up to an hour, because Google does not constantly fetch emails from the other server. At any time, however, you can head to Settings > Accounts and Import and click “Check mail Now” to immediately receive messages.
